§1 Provider and scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of goods from RC-Richtercars.de.
§2 Conclusion of contract
2.1 The purchase contract is concluded with the order confirmation:

2.2 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.
2.3 By clicking the order button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
§3 Prices and shipping costs
3.1 The prices of the goods shown include the statutory VAT
3.2 The respective shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you when you place your order. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, size and destination country of the order.
§4 Terms of payment
4.1 Payment can be made in advance, by credit card or PayPal.
4.2 If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
4.3 You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.
4.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

§5 Warranty and Disclaimer
5.1 The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. For all defects that occur during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to supplementary performance (defect removal or new delivery) and - if the statutory requirements are met - the statutory right to a price reduction or cancellation as well as to compensation.
5.2 Liability is excluded in the case of slight negligence and improper handling of the products.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal for consumers
In principle, consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal.
§7 Delivery
Deliveries within Germany and the rest of Europe are made either by Hermes or DHL.
§8 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§9 Contract language
You have the option of concluding the purchase contract in German.
